KSA Engineers, Inc. was hired by the City of Mount Pleasant to provide professional services for the development of plans and
specifications for the improvements to the existing wastewater treatment plant.
These improvements included replacement/rehabilitation of influent screw pumps, removal of orifice plate in clarifier splitter box,
modifications of the return and waste activated sludge pump stations, conversion of existing sludge holding tanks to aerobic digesters,
and digested sludge pumping and piping improvements. KS A provided design as well as bidding, construction administration, and
resident project representative services for said improvements.
