KSA Engineers, Inc. is pleased to announce a new addition to our Sugar Land office. Philip Huseman, P.E., recently made the move from our Tyler office to join the team in Sugar Land as Project Manager.
As a member of the Sugar Land office, Philip will lead a variety of the firm's efforts, including municipal, water, and wastewater improvement projects.
With more than 14 years of engineering experience, Philip has served as Design Engineer, Project Engineer, and Project Manager on numerous projects. His experience in municipal design for various types of projects such as sewer lines, wastewater treatment plants, permits, CCN applications, bridge inspections, water lines, water storage, water treatment plants, high service pump stations, water and sanitary sewer computer modeling, Risk Management Programs, parks, and drainage improvements make him a great asset for the Sugar Land office.
"KSA has a lot of really good projects in the area," Philip said. "There is a great team already in place here, but with this move we can now state that KSA has an additional project manager in the Sugar Land office with a strong municipal background so that the Sugar Land office of KSA can provide a full range of civil engineering design services."
Philip has settled in nicely since his move on Memorial Day weekend. He is looking forward to taking on this new role and working with cities in the Gulf Coast area.
"I enjoy meeting with a city's engineering and utility staff to see how KSA can solve their problems," he said. "Once those problems are identified, I like to see the project through inception, funding, construction, and close out. I'm looking forward to this great opportunity."
