KSA Engineers worked with the City of Sugar Land to accomplish an extension of two critical water lines, a 16” along SH 6 and a 12” along University Blvd. to US Highway 90A.
The 16” extension consisted of 5500 feet of PVC water main and was constructed at a cost of $675,000. The 12” extension consisted of 850 feet of 12” PVC water main and was constructed at a cost of $80,000. Both projects included fire hydrants, connections to existing water mains, and other appurtenances and improvements.
KSA was responsible for the preliminary engineering including route selection, surveying, design, bidding, and construction administration of both projects.
