The City of Mount Pleasant selected KSA Engineers to design and construct a new water treatment plant near Lake Bob Sandlin. Construction is underway on the facility which will be capable of a daily flow rate of five million gallons of fresh, clean water. The project includes the construction of the new water treatment plant, a new raw water pump station, and modifications to the existing facilities.
