| KSA Engineers, Inc. was hired by the City of Rockdale to develop a water distribution study.
KSA developed a water system map and computer model of the existing system; evaluated the capacity of the existing system; projected growth patterns from the past into the future (20-year planning period); and anticipated the capacity of the future system.
KSA Engineers also outlined a plan of improvements to meet future growth demands and identified possible funding sources for upgrades for future expansions.
The recommendations were provided in a phased Master Plan to allow the city to secure future funding to pay for the needed water distribution system improvements. |
