In 1991, Suzanne Bickham joined the KSA Engineers, Inc. team as a Secretary to seven engineers in the Longview office. As Secretary she was responsible for the preparation and distribution of construction bid documents, proposals, and day-to-day interaction with clients. In 1996, Suzanne was promoted to the Administrative team and took responsibility for Accounts Receivable. In this position she immediately made the billing process more streamlined. Suzanne was subsequently promoted to Director of Administration where she developed new automated procedures that improved the efficiency of Accounts Payable and Payroll. Under her leadership, KSA began utilizing direct deposits, staff entry of time and expense and many other improvements to aid in the efficiency of our organization. Suzanne is also the managing partner of Expert Computing Solutions, Inc., a computer networking company serving the professional service industry. None of the growth of the KSA companies could have been accomplished without the systems Suzanne had in place. She has become all things "KSA" and insured that the data is efficiently collected and utilized to the company’s greatest benefit.
