John Ringler, P. E. graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Civil Engineering in 1991.  John joined KSA Engineers as a Project Manager in 1997 and is a Principal in KSA’s Longview office.  John specializes in the design and construction, or expansion of water treatment plants and raw water intake systems.  He has designed entire water distribution systems and provided numerous hydraulic analyses and renovations for existing systems.  John also has broad experience in the permitting, design, and construction of wastewater treatment and collection systems, including several solid waste landfills.
