Clayton Scales, P.E., Manager of KSA Engineers, Inc.’s Amarillo office, has been with the firm since 2002. Clayton received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M in 1997. He has over thirteen years of general civil engineering experience including municipal street and utility design, drainage improvements, airport improvements at both commercial and general aviation airports, project management and site development.    Joncie H.
