Ned Muse graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelors Degree in Finance in 1969 and a Master of Urban Planning in 1971. After completing his Master degree, Ned began his public service career in 1971 with the City of Texarkana, Texas, where he rose to the position of Assistant City Manager. Following his tenure at Texarkana, Ned served as Assistant Executive Director of the Ark-Tex Council of Governments before joining the City of Pittsburg, Texas, as City Manager. Ned served in that position for 19 years. After a 35-year career in public service, Ned joined KSA Engineers, Inc. as Director of Business Development in 2006.
In addition to working with KSA, Ned serves on a number of boards and commissions including the Board of Directors of the Texas Downtown Association, the Advisory Committee to the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts at Northeast Texas Community College, and the Camp County Historical Commission. Ned is also an Adjunct Associate Professor of Political Science at NTCC. |
