KSA and its subconsultant, Newman, Jackson, Bieberstein, Inc. provided the design for a Hike and Bike Trail from US 80 to Fairmont Street in the City of Longview. The project was funded by the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21) program of the Texas Department of Transportation.
