This project is for the reconstruction of Fredonia Street in downtown Longview from the north side of the Whaley Street intersection to
the north side of the Cotton Street intersection including the reconstruction of Whaley and Methvin Street intersections, water lines,
sewer lines, storm sewer inlets and lines, sidewalks and streetscaping features such as gateway pylons, esplanade planters,
sidewalk planters, landscaping, benches, trash cans, street lighting, signs and other amenities.
